Delivery Policy

When in stock all approved orders will be processed and despatched within two working days.

We will use whichever despatch method is most appropriate for each order, most usually Royal Mail Special Delivery, for all UK deliveries. Which should mean delivery within three days of despatch.

If you have a despatch preference, or want to arrange your own courier to collect from us, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Our sales region is the UK and ROI so if you are ordering and/or requesting delivery outside of the UK or ROI we need know and agree in advance if we can meet your needs.

If receipt of your order is time critical you must let us know when you place your order. If we can achieve it for you we will, if we don’t believe that it’s possible, we’ll let you know so that you can make alternative arrangements and avoid disappointment. Either way we’ll agree with you in advance of shipping.

All despatch costs will be added to your invoice.


Cancellation Policy

Standard stock - Any order or part order for a standard stock item can cancelled by email, or phone at any point prior to 24 hours before the due despatch date. The due despatch date will be given on request at the time of placing the order.

Backorders of standard stock items can be cancelled any time prior to them being despatched. Please let us know by phone or email as soon as decide to cancel.

Special order items – any item that is stocked especially for you (you’ll know if it’s special order because we’ll have to agree to it in advance) will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total item invoice price. Not something that we want to do so please be 100% sure that the special order item is really what you want.

If you ordered the wrong thing let us know asap, if we can stop the order before it’s gone too far we’ll all be happier.

Training courses require a 50% deposit on booking. This deposit is refundable only if the course is cancelled by Aspects dlm, or if the booking is cancelled more than seven working days prior to the course commencement date.
If for any reason the delegate cannot attend the booked session;
i) A refund can be given if more than seven days notice is given.
If no refund is to be given
ii) The delegate place can be switched to a suitably qualified substitute.
iii) An alternative date can be selected and booked

Return / Refund Policy
Approval must be given by Aspects dlm before any goods will be accepted for return.

Any damage must be notified within two working days of receipt of goods, outer packaging must be retained to support any claim that may be made against couriers.

Books, DVD’s and copyrighted products cannot be returned if they have been opened unless they are faulty, in which case they will be exchanged. No financial refund will be given.

Only items in new and unopened condition will be considered for return. All approved returned will be subject to a £10 or 10% restocking fee, whichever is the greater.

Item delivered in error can be returned with no restocking fee, but must be in unopened and unused condition.

Refunds for approved returns that meet the above criteria will be made within seven working days of receipt of goods and confirmation of acceptable condition.
