Aspects dlm is a skills training and business development consultancy, with PTC training products at the core of our offering. So what sets us apart from other training and development consultancies? Well we focus on the dental laboratory sector. And we can do that because we understand the dental laboratory business from the inside out.
Behind Aspects dlm are two brothers, Steve and Graham. Each has a particular set of in-depth skills that gives Aspects dlm the edge over other consultancies.
Steve is well-known and respected in the dental industry. Not surprising since he’s spent over 20 years at the top end of dental technology production.
He’s run a series of successful labs, spoken at national and international conferences, and lecturers at Manchester Metropolitan University. Steve brings his exceptional insight, in-depth knowledge, and practical understanding of owning and managing a dental laboratory to Aspects dlm.
Few people understand the pressures and responsibilities of succeeding in the dental technology environment as well as Steve. But it’s his passion and enthusiasm for passing on knowledge, developing technical talent, and discovering potential in people that at the heart of Aspects dlm. It’s what inspired him to start the company.
Graham is equally passionate about finding ways to help business owners get the results they need to flourish.
He brings sound business management and organisational development consultancy skills to Aspects dlm. With his analytical nature and no-nonsense approach, Graham gets straight to the heart of an issue. He has over twenty years experience with a blue chip, international company where he specialised in business process.
He is a chartered management consultant, qualified coach, mentor, and trainer.
Graham has worked on a large European-wide project to implement business operating software and the subsequent change management programme. He designed and implemented a new business structure for the company. This was a major project which included intensive training for the senior team, and a communication programme to inform and engage all staff.
'Investing in good quality, structured training is important. As a lab owner I want as many of my technicians to have as broad a knowledge as possible.'
'Every year there are new techniques and new materials introduced into this industry. Add to that the new professionalism requirement and on-going, structured training has to be beneficial for us.'
